Nature Walk + Time with Rescued Animals
Step outside, move at a slower pace, and connect with nature and the animals in a peaceful setting.

With over two decades of experience under her belt, Lauren stands as a beacon of wellness wisdom. She’s not just about fitness; she’s your go-to teacher for unlocking the secrets of mind-body harmony through movement, exercise, yoga, and meditation. With a heart continuing to be nurtured by her own journey of self-discovery, Lauren’s approach is as compassionate as it is effective, tailored to meet diverse needs and skill levels. Her mission? Empowerment, pure and simple!
When it comes to physical activities, Lauren’s a powerhouse. Running, yoga, biking, cross-country skiing, paddle boarding, and weight training are her go-to’s. When she’s not working or sculpting bodies or souls, you’ll likely find her tending to her beloved animal sanctuary, Sage Mountain, chasing serenity with her pups amidst the breathtaking peaks of Park City, planning her next travel adventure, or spending time with friends and family.
